Can’t remember or retrieve Video Login Password

As I’ve now got a subscription and paid for it, I received a login password that was generated from my subscription to watch videos. After using it the first time round, I wanted to watch some more and cannot remember or find the generated password. Can anyone help in providing some advise on how I can generate a find the previous password or get a new password to watch the movies again… thanks in advance
